Oliver Cookson has never stopped training

Oliver grew up chasing an older brother across multiple sports, striving to be the most prepared on every team. After graduating college in 2025, he pivoted to triathlon, finished Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast and 70.3 Musselman. This pursuit proved the importance of physical dedication and nutritional precision. Conduit exists to make you more capable—on the course, in competition, and in real life by channeling the utmost output in strength, endurance, and connection.
